一、操作面板設置

 I. operation panel setting

 1開啟電源開關(1),電源指示燈亮(2)

1、Turn on the power switch (1), and the power indicator is on.

2、開啟起源(各氣缸復位原點)

2、Open origin (reset origin of each cylinder)

3.把封口加熱開關(6)撥至"ON*位置(溫度儀參考設定溫度在135-1650C,具體溫度根據(jù)水溶膜材質而定)

 3、Heat sealing switch (6) set to "ON" position (reference temperature instrument set temperature between 135-165 "C, the specific temperature according to the material of water soluble filim and decide)

4、切口加熱開關(7)撥至“ON*位置(溫度儀參考設定溫度在170-200C具體根據(jù)實際效果而定)

5、把卷筒水溶膜套裝在上、下放溶膜軸上，然后用氣槍頂住放膜軸氣門芯充氣直至水溶膜固定為止.拉出下膜布鋪蓋在模具上至封口板處,再拉出下膜布鋪蓋在模具上至封口板位置處.

5、Put the water-soluble film package on the upper and the lower water-soluble film axis, and then inflate the valve core of the film-releasing axis with the air gun until the water-soluble film is fixed. Pull out the lower film cloth to cover the mold to the sealing plate, and then pull out the upper film cloth to cover the mold to the sealing plate.

6、在操作面板上按原定復位按鈕(13),此時輸送鏈條帶動模具自動歸原點復位，直至結束。

7、在操作面板上把“自動/手動"開關(2)撥至自動擋.

8、添加洗衣液到儲液箱中，注意不能超臨界位置。

9、將操作面板上的真空泵開關(12)撥至*ON* 位置.

10、把廢膜套裝上收廢膜軸上，用氣槍頂住氣閶芯充氣，致收膜套固定, 然后將廢膜引至收膜軸上，把“收膜電機”開關(10)撥至“0N"位。

10、Put the waste film on the waste film shaft, with inflatable air gun to resist valve core, to collect film set, then scrap film to film on the shaft, the "motor closed membrane switch (10) to" ON" position.

11、確認封口和切刀溫度達到設定值后，按啟動按鈕(9),此時設備進入運行狀態(tài).

11、 After confirming that the temperature of sealing and cutting tool reaches the set value, press the start button (9) and the equipment will enter the running state.
