機(jī)械泵入式平衡比例混合裝置Mechanical Pump Dosing System

機(jī)械泵入式平衡比例混合裝置與泡沫液儲(chǔ)罐連接并配有重力自動(dòng)加液裝置給比例泵配料。系統(tǒng)提供的壓力水帶動(dòng)水輪機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，從而驅(qū)動(dòng)比例泵將一定量的泡沫液送入裝置，與壓力水混合后從出液口供給泡沫產(chǎn)生裝置進(jìn)行滅火。泡沫液量與流量成正比而與壓力變化無關(guān)，這樣在壓力變化的情況下也能保證穩(wěn)定的混合比。

the circulation of water solely drives the water motor and then drive the dosing pump. No other additional energy is required! The water flow goes through the water motor. This generates a circular rotor motion, transferred to the dosing pump over the direct drive coupling. The concentrate is pumped into water motor outlet, where dosing occurs.
