進(jìn)口氧氣截止閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):

氧氣截止閥是氧氣管網(wǎng)專用閥門的一種.它除了具有普通截止閥功能外還具有阻燃性好,導(dǎo)電性能好,傳熱快,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,防you,安全可靠等特點(diǎn)：

結(jié)構(gòu)比閘閥簡單，制造與維修都較方便。

(2)密封面不易磨損及擦傷，密封性好，啟閉時(shí)閥瓣與閥體密封面之間無相對滑動(dòng)，因而磨損與擦傷均不嚴(yán)重，密封性能好，使用壽命長。

啟閉時(shí)，閥瓣行程小，因而截止閥高度比閘閥小，但結(jié)構(gòu)長度比閥長。

(4)啟閉力矩大、啟閉較費(fèi)力，啟閉時(shí)間校長。

(5)流體阻力大，因閥體內(nèi)介質(zhì)通道較曲折，流體阻力大，動(dòng)力消耗大。

(6)介質(zhì)流動(dòng)方向 公稱壓力PN≤16MPa時(shí)，一般采用順流，介質(zhì)從閥瓣下方向shang流；公稱壓力PN≥20MPa時(shí)，一般采用逆流，介質(zhì)從閥瓣上方向下流．以增加密封件能。使用時(shí)，截止閥介質(zhì)只能單方向流動(dòng)，不能改變流動(dòng)方向。

The structure is simpler than that of gate valve, and the manufacture and maintenance are more convenient.

(2) The sealing surface is not easy to wear and scratch, and has good sealing performance. There is no relative sliding between the valve disc and the sealing surface of the valve body when opening and closing, so the wear and scratch are not serious, the sealing performance is good and the service life is long.

When opening and closing, the stroke of the disc is small, so the height of the stop valve is smaller than that of the gate valve, but the structural length is longer than the valve.

(5) Due to the tortuous medium channel in the valve body, the fluid resistance is large and the power consumption is large.

(6) When the nominal pressure PN ≤ 16MPa, the forward flow is generally adopted, and the medium flows upward from the lower direction of the valve disc; when the nominal pressure PN ≥ 20MPa, the reverse flow is generally adopted, and the medium flows downward from the upper direction of the valve disc, so as to increase the sealing element energy. In use, the medium of the stop valve can only flow in one direction, and the flow direction cannot be changed.
