二、進(jìn)口可調(diào)式減壓閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):
1、閥體采用了全通道、直流式、流線型設(shè)計(jì)。水力損失小,節(jié)能效果好。
2、防止水錘效果好,將緩開、止回速閉、緩閉等消除水錘的技術(shù)一體化,防止開泵不錘和停泵倒流與水錘對(duì)供水管路和水泵的損害。
3、操作方便,無(wú)需為閥門另配電控系統(tǒng),閥門隨水泵的開啟與停止自動(dòng)并按順序完成控制功能。通過(guò)設(shè)定調(diào)節(jié)閥開度可得到合適的控制參數(shù)。

三、進(jìn)口可調(diào)式減壓閥工作原理:
當(dāng)管道從進(jìn)水端給水時(shí),水流過(guò)針型調(diào)節(jié)閥進(jìn)入主閥控制室,出口壓力通過(guò)導(dǎo)管作用到導(dǎo)閥上,當(dāng)出口壓力高于導(dǎo)閥設(shè)定值時(shí),導(dǎo)閥關(guān)閉,控制室停止排水,此時(shí)主閥控制室內(nèi)壓力升高并關(guān)閉主閥,出口壓力不再升高。
當(dāng)出口壓力降到導(dǎo)閥設(shè)定壓力時(shí)導(dǎo)閥開啟,控制室向下游排水。由于導(dǎo)閥的排水量大于針型調(diào)節(jié)閥的進(jìn)水量,主閥控制室壓力下降,進(jìn)口壓力使主閥開啟。穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)下,控制室進(jìn)水、排水相同,開度不變,出口壓力不變。
調(diào)節(jié)導(dǎo)閥彈簧即可設(shè)定出口壓力。
安裝好此閥后,如果出口壓力值不適合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)要求,則可以通過(guò)如下方法對(duì)此閥進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié):首先松開減壓導(dǎo)閥平螺母,然后根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)要求用M6內(nèi)六角扳手或順時(shí)針或逆時(shí)針調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)節(jié)螺母。順時(shí)針調(diào)節(jié)減壓導(dǎo)閥上的調(diào)節(jié)螺母時(shí),出口壓力升高;逆時(shí)針調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)節(jié)螺母時(shí),出口壓力降低。調(diào)節(jié)到能滿足現(xiàn)場(chǎng)要求后,上好平螺母。

Adjust the guide valve spring to set the outlet pressure.
After the installation of the valve, if the outlet pressure value is not suitable for the site requirements, the valve can be adjusted by the following methods: first, loosen the flat nut of the pressure reducing pilot valve, and then adjust the adjusting nut with the M6 Allen wrench or clockwise or anticlockwise according to the site requirements. When adjusting the adjusting nut on the pressure reducing pilot valve clockwise, the outlet pressure increases; when adjusting the adjusting nut counterclockwise, the outlet pressure decreases. After adjusting to meet the site requirements, install the flat nut.
四、進(jìn)口可調(diào)式減壓閥描述:
