缺口蓋板模具設(shè)計(jì)原理

 1.調(diào)整原料準(zhǔn)備過程。缺口蓋板模具塑料貯藏筒和料斗都應(yīng)該加蓋，以免原料污染。設(shè)定適當(dāng)?shù)母稍飾l件，過量的干燥時(shí)間或干燥溫度塑料內(nèi)揮發(fā)物會(huì)被驅(qū)離，可能造成塑料脆化或裂解。如何來正確的使用干燥時(shí)間呢？可以向塑料供貨商詢問最佳干燥條件，如果低強(qiáng)度材料的制造條件不恰當(dāng)極有可能產(chǎn)生注塑成型的缺口蓋板模具表面脆化的情況；也可以改用高強(qiáng)度和熱穩(wěn)定性良好的塑料，脆化還可能是因?yàn)樘磉^多的回收料，可以嘗試降低添加回收料量；

 2.定期清理模具。射出成型前應(yīng)先清理模具，黑紋有可能是滑塊和頂針的潤滑劑油脂造成的，應(yīng)定期清潔頂針和滑塊。應(yīng)定期清潔或拋光流道系統(tǒng)表面，缺口蓋板模具以免這些區(qū)域累積污垢，黑紋可能受到料筒壁面或螺桿表面污染，缺口蓋板模具特別是轉(zhuǎn)換塑料射出成型過程，缺口蓋板模具在注塑前需將前種塑料料筒內(nèi)的污染物完全清理干凈。

1. Adjust the raw material preparation process. The plastic storage container and hopper should be covered to avoid contamination of raw materials. If proper drying conditions are set, excessive drying time or drying temperature will drive away volatiles in the plastic, which may cause embrittlement or cracking of the plastic. How to use the right time to dry? The best drying conditions can be inquired from the plastic supplier. If the manufacturing conditions of low-strength materials are not appropriate, the surface embrittlement of the injection molding notched cover plate mold is very likely to occur; the plastic with high strength and good thermal stability can also be used, and the embrittlement may be due to the addition of excessive recycled materials, and the amount of recycled materials can be reduced;

2. Clean the mold regularly. Before injection molding, the mould should be cleaned first. The black lines may be caused by the lubricant grease of the slider and thimble. The thimble and slider should be cleaned regularly. The surface of the runner system should be cleaned or polished regularly to avoid the accumulation of dirt in these areas. The black lines may be contaminated by the barrel wall or screw surface. For the notched cover mold, especially for the injection molding process of conversion plastic, the pollutants in the former plastic barrel should be completely cleaned before injection molding.
