一、進口彈簧式安全閥描述：

德國《LOCKE》洛克進口彈簧式安全閥指依靠彈簧的彈性壓力而將閥的瓣膜或柱塞等密封件閉鎖，一旦當壓力容器的壓力異常后產(chǎn)生的高壓將克服安全閥的彈簧壓力，所以閉鎖裝置被頂開，形成了一個泄壓通道，將高壓泄放掉。根據(jù)閥瓣開啟高度不同又分為全起式和微起式兩種。全起式泄放量大，回彈力好，適用于液體和氣體介質(zhì)，微起式只宜用于液體介質(zhì)。

Locke imported spring safety valve in Germany refers to locking the valve or plunger and other seals of the valve depending on the elastic pressure of the spring. Once the pressure of the pressure vessel is abnormal, the high pressure will overcome the spring pressure of the safety valve, so the locking device is jacked open to form a pressure relief channel to release the high pressure. According to the opening height of the valve disc, it can be divided into two types: full lift and micro lift. The full lift type has large discharge capacity and good resilience, which is suitable for liquid and gas medium, while the micro lift type is only suitable for liquid medium.

二、進口彈簧式安全閥分類：

結(jié)構(gòu)形式：垂錘式、杠桿式、彈簧式和先導式(脈沖式)；閥體構(gòu)造：封閉式和不封閉式兩種。封閉式安全閥即排除的介質(zhì)不外泄，全部沿著出口排泄到指定地點，一般用在有毒和腐蝕性介質(zhì)中。對于空氣和蒸汽用安全閥，多采用不封閉式安全閥。對于安全閥產(chǎn)品的選用，應按實際密封壓力來確定。對于彈簧式安全閥，在一種公稱壓力(PN)范圍內(nèi)，具有幾種工作壓力級的彈簧。

Structure: plumb hammer type, lever type, spring type and pilot type (pulse type); body structure: closed type and non closed type. Closed safety valve means that the discharged medium does not leak out. It is discharged to the designated place along the outlet. It is generally used in toxic and corrosive medium. For air and steam safety valve, non closed safety valve is often used. The selection of safety valve products shall be determined according to the actual sealing pressure. For spring type safety valve, there are several springs with working pressure stages within a nominal pressure (PN) range.
