分割器，在機(jī)械工程上又稱凸輪分割器、間歇性分割器、凸輪分度器、高速精密間歇分割器、滾子式凸輪分度機(jī)構(gòu)。它是一種高精度的回轉(zhuǎn)裝置。同時(shí)在當(dāng)前自動(dòng)化的要求下，各種多工位元組合機(jī)床、機(jī)床加工中心、壓力機(jī)、電光源設(shè)備、自動(dòng)送料機(jī)、印刷機(jī)械、食品包裝機(jī)械、制藥機(jī)械、玻璃陶瓷機(jī)械......等顯得尤為重要。

1926年，美國機(jī)械師?？松?/font>FERGUSON）于1926年生產(chǎn)出靠前臺凸輪分割器,后來凸輪分割器又稱福克森。

1970年，JAPAN SANKYO SEISAKUSHO CO(三共)推出了亞洲靠前臺分割器。

1976年，TAN TZU臺灣潭子精密機(jī)械股份有限公司推出靠前臺分割器。

1990年SKD臺中縣賽福動(dòng)力精密機(jī)械有限公司推出靠前臺高速精密間歇分割器。

2010年ENTRUST臺北縣新莊市殷敬精密工業(yè)有限公司靠前臺高速精密間歇分割器。

2009年BOSS TAN TZU CAM臺灣博森凸輪科技因客戶需求在大陸推出進(jìn)口配件組裝靠前高速精密凸輪分割器。

此系列機(jī)種之尺寸設(shè)計(jì)特性與平臺桌面型功能相似，於驅(qū)動(dòng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)上可承受超大軸向負(fù)載及垂直徑向壓力，在輸出端有一凸起固定盤面及大孔徑空心軸，可搭配設(shè)置動(dòng)態(tài)、靜態(tài)自動(dòng)化周邊設(shè)備，可將動(dòng)力源之電、油、氣管路設(shè)置於空心孔內(nèi)，此系列機(jī)種廣泛應(yīng)用於重負(fù)載、直結(jié)自動(dòng)化設(shè)備之各類機(jī)構(gòu)及產(chǎn)業(yè)機(jī)械等，作同步自動(dòng)化間歇驅(qū)動(dòng)。

Ultrathin Table Model

The properties of the series are the same as the table model. It could be endured the heavy axial and radial load. The neces-sary equipment would be assembled directly to the flange and large diameter hollow shaft of the output of the series. Electric wire and pipe from the power source could be passed through the hollow shaft. The series are widely applied in automation apparatus and industrial machinery to work the intermittent motion.
