四、進(jìn)口自力式溫度調(diào)節(jié)閥工作原理：

進(jìn)口自力式溫度調(diào)節(jié)閥按用途可分為：加熱用溫度調(diào)節(jié)閥、冷卻用溫度 調(diào)節(jié)閥、三通合流溫度調(diào)節(jié)閥、三通分流溫度調(diào)節(jié)閥。不同用途的自力式溫度 調(diào)節(jié)閥的工作原理大體相同，都是利用感溫液體受熱膨脹、遇冷收縮及液體不 可壓縮的原理進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。

下面以加熱用溫度調(diào)節(jié)閥為例，結(jié)合工作原理示意圖說明其工作過程：將 溫度傳感器插入被控介質(zhì)中，當(dāng)被控介質(zhì)溫度升高時(shí)，感溫液體膨脹，作用力 克服彈簧阻力，推動(dòng)閥芯向下移動(dòng)，閥門趨于關(guān)閉，從而減少熱媒介質(zhì)流量； 反之，當(dāng)被控介質(zhì)溫度低于設(shè)定值時(shí)，感溫液體收縮，彈簧復(fù)位推動(dòng)閥芯開啟，增加熱媒介質(zhì)流量，使被控介質(zhì)溫度趨于升高。循環(huán)往復(fù)，從而使被控介質(zhì)溫 度始終保持在設(shè)定溫度值的允許范圍內(nèi)。
