高鋁粉應(yīng)用

高鋁粉廣泛應(yīng)用于各種精密鑄造輔料及鑄造涂料、鑄造制殼，耐火材料。使用高鋁細(xì)粉用于鑄造用樹脂類、涂料類、造型砂類、鑄造輔助材料類等五大系列 60多個(gè)品種。

(1)煉鋁工業(yè)。用于國(guó)防、航空、汽車、電器、化工、日常生活用品等。

(2)精密鑄造。礬土熟料加工成細(xì)粉做成鑄模后精鑄。用于軍工、航天、通訊、儀表、機(jī)械及醫(yī)療器械部門。

(3)用于耐火制品。高鋁礬土熟料耐火度高達(dá)1780℃，化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)、物理性能良好。

(4)硅酸鋁耐火纖維。具有重量輕，耐高溫，熱穩(wěn)定性好，導(dǎo)熱率低，熱容小和耐機(jī)械震動(dòng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。用于鋼鐵、有色冶金、電子、石油、化工、宇航、原子能、國(guó)防等多種工業(yè)。它是把高鋁熟料放進(jìn)融化溫度約為2000～2200℃的高溫電弧爐中，經(jīng)高溫熔化、高壓高速空氣或蒸汽噴吹、冷卻，就成了潔白的“棉花”--硅酸鋁耐火纖維。它可壓成纖維毯、板或織成布代替冶煉、化工、玻璃等工業(yè)高溫窯爐內(nèi)襯的耐火磚。消防人員可用耐火纖維布做成衣服。

(5)以鎂砂和礬土熟料為原料，加入適當(dāng)結(jié)合劑，用于澆注盛鋼桶整體桶襯效果甚佳。

(6)制造礬土水泥，研磨材料，陶瓷工業(yè)以及化學(xué)工業(yè)可制鋁的各種化合物。

Four. Application of high alumina powder

High alumina powder is widely used in all kinds of precision casting excipients and casting coatings, casting shell, refractory materials. Five series of more than 60 varieties, such as resin, paint, molding sand and casting auxiliary materials, are used for the casting of high alumina powder.

(1) aluminum smelting industry. It is used for national defense, aviation, automobile, electrical appliances, chemical industry, daily necessities and so on.

(2) precision casting. The bauxite clinker is processed into fine powder to make the mold after casting. It is used in military, aerospace, communication, instrument, machinery and medical equipment departments.

(3) used for refractory products. The refractoriness of high alumina bauxite clinker is up to 1780 C, strong chemical stability and good physical properties.

(4) aluminum silicate refractory fiber. It has the advantages of light weight, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, small heat capacity and mechanical vibration resistance. It is used in many industries, such as iron and steel, nonferrous metallurgy, electronics, petroleum, chemical, aerospace, atomic energy, national defense and so on. It is a high-temperature electric arc furnace with high aluminum clinker placed at a melting temperature of about 2000~2200 degrees. After melting at high temperature, high pressure, high speed air or steam injection and cooling, it becomes a clean cotton, aluminum silicate refractory fiber. It can be pressed into a fiber blanket, plate or fabric instead of a refractory brick lining in the smelting, chemical, glass and other industrial high-temperature kiln furnaces. Firemen can make clothes made of fireproof fabric.

(5) with magnesia and bauxite as raw material, adding appropriate binder, used for pouring ladle lining the whole barrel effect.

(6) the manufacture of alumina cement, grinding material, ceramic industry and chemical industry for all kinds of aluminum compounds.
