德國(guó)洛克《DE LOCKE》進(jìn)口電動(dòng)低溫調(diào)節(jié)閥---Electric cryogenic control valve，是采用引進(jìn)型電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器與超低溫調(diào)節(jié)閥閥體組成，閥體采用經(jīng)過低溫深冷處理的不銹鋼材質(zhì)，加長(zhǎng)桿，低溫溫度可達(dá)-196℃，耐低溫強(qiáng)度高，韌性好。執(zhí)行器內(nèi)含飼服功能，接受統(tǒng)一的4-20mA或1-5V·DC的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號(hào)，將電流信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)變成相對(duì)應(yīng)的直線位移，自動(dòng)地控制調(diào)節(jié)閥開度，達(dá)到對(duì)管道內(nèi)低溫液體氣體如液化天然氣，液態(tài)氧氣，液化氣體，LNG，液氮，液氧等介質(zhì)的壓力、流量、溫度、液位等工藝參數(shù)的連續(xù)調(diào)節(jié)。電動(dòng)低溫調(diào)節(jié)閥適合于低于0～-196℃狀態(tài)下工作，由電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)和帶長(zhǎng)頸接管的閥體組成，長(zhǎng)頸接管的作用是使閥桿密封出接近常溫下工作，并減少外界熱能傳入。為減少傳遞，長(zhǎng)頸采用薄壁結(jié)構(gòu)。
