進(jìn)口彈簧式安全閥的分類(lèi)及選型依據(jù)德國(guó)洛克

一、進(jìn)口彈簧式安全閥技術(shù)參數(shù)：

二、進(jìn)口彈簧式安全閥分類(lèi)：

結(jié)構(gòu)形式：垂錘式、杠桿式、彈簧式和先導(dǎo)式(脈沖式)；閥體構(gòu)造：封閉式和不封閉式兩種。封閉式安全閥即排除的介質(zhì)不外泄，全部沿著出口排泄到*地點(diǎn)，一般用在有毒和腐蝕性介質(zhì)中。對(duì)于空氣和蒸汽用安全閥，多采用不封閉式安全閥。對(duì)于安全閥產(chǎn)品的選用，應(yīng)按實(shí)際密封壓力來(lái)確定。對(duì)于彈簧式安全閥，在一種公稱(chēng)壓力(PN)范圍內(nèi)，具有幾種工作壓力級(jí)的彈簧。

三、進(jìn)口彈簧式安全閥描述：

德國(guó)《DE LOCKE》洛克進(jìn)口彈簧式安全閥指依靠彈簧的彈性壓力而將閥的瓣膜或柱塞等密封件閉鎖，一旦當(dāng)壓力容器的壓力異常后產(chǎn)生的高壓將克服安全閥的彈簧壓力，所以閉鎖裝置被頂開(kāi)，形成了一個(gè)泄壓通道，將高壓泄放掉。根據(jù)閥瓣開(kāi)啟高度不同又分為全起式和微起式兩種。全起式泄放量大，回彈力好，適用于液體和氣體介質(zhì)，微起式只宜用于液體介質(zhì)。
