進(jìn)口高壓減壓閥的選用： 

進(jìn)口高壓氣體減壓閥的根據(jù)使用要求選定減壓閥的類型和調(diào)壓精度，再根據(jù)所需*輸出流量選擇其通徑。決定閥的氣源壓力時(shí)，應(yīng)使其大于最輸出壓力0．1MPa。減壓閥一般安裝在分水濾氣器之后，油霧器或定值器之前，并注意不要將其進(jìn)、出口接反；閥不用時(shí)應(yīng)把旋鈕放松，以免膜片經(jīng)常受壓變形而影響其性能。

進(jìn)口高壓減壓閥產(chǎn)品安裝說(shuō)明：

1、安裝高壓減壓閥之前必須對(duì)管路系統(tǒng)進(jìn)地沖洗清理，以防焊渣、氧化皮等臟物流入閥內(nèi)，影響閥門正常工作。

2、高壓氣體減壓閥應(yīng)安裝在便于操作和維修的地方，并且必須直立安裝在水平管路上(見(jiàn)安裝示意圖)應(yīng)注意使管路中介質(zhì)的流向與閥體上箭頭所示方向一致，切勿裝反.

3、高壓氣體減壓閥在安裝使用時(shí)，應(yīng)先把旁通管路上的截止閥打開(kāi)，排除管路中的冷凝水和汽水混合物，以防減壓閥開(kāi)啟時(shí)產(chǎn)生水擊現(xiàn)象損壞減壓閥，當(dāng)無(wú)異?，F(xiàn)象后，按順時(shí)針?lè)较蚓徛D(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)螺釘，將出口壓力調(diào)至所需要的壓力(以閥后表壓為準(zhǔn))，調(diào)整好后，將鎖緊螺母鎖緊，擰上防護(hù)罩。

4、減壓閥前應(yīng)安裝過(guò)濾器，以防止介質(zhì)中的雜質(zhì)進(jìn)入減壓閥，影響其性能。

5、安裝的減壓閥前后應(yīng)有一段直管，閥前直管長(zhǎng)度約為600毫米，閥后直管長(zhǎng)度約為1000毫米。

Installation instructions for imported high pressure relief valve products:
1. Before installing the high-pressure pressure reducing valve, the pipeline system must be flushed and cleaned to prevent welding slag, oxide scale and other dirt from flowing into the valve and affecting the normal operation of the valve.
2. The high-pressure gas pressure reducing valve should be installed in a place convenient for operation and maintenance, and it must be installed vertically on the horizontal pipeline (see the installation diagram). Attention should be paid to make the flow direction of medium in the pipeline consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body, and do not install it reversely
3. When the high pressure gas pressure reducing valve is installed and used, the stop valve on the bypass pipeline should be opened first to remove the condensate water and steam water mixture in the pipeline, so as to prevent water hammer from damaging the pressure reducing valve when the pressure reducing valve is opened. When there is no abnormal phenomenon, slowly rotate the adjusting screw clockwise to adjust the outlet pressure to the required pressure (based on the gauge pressure behind the valve). After the adjustment, the outlet pressure should be adjusted, Lock the lock nut and screw on the protective cover.
4. A filter should be installed before the pressure reducing valve to prevent impurities in the medium from entering the pressure reducing valve and affecting its performance.
5. There should be a straight pipe before and after the pressure reducing valve. The length of the straight pipe in front of the valve is about 600mm, and the length of the straight pipe behind the valve is about 1000mm.
