隔膜閥的密封原理是靠操作機(jī)構(gòu)的向下運(yùn)動壓下隔膜或隔膜組合件與堰式的襯里閥體或直通式襯里閥體的通道相密合,使之達(dá)到密封。密封比壓的大小靠關(guān)閉件向下的壓力大小來實(shí)現(xiàn)。由于閥體可以襯各種軟質(zhì)材料,如橡膠或聚四氟乙烯等;隔膜也是軟質(zhì)材料制成,如橡膠或合成橡膠襯里的聚四氟乙烯,故用較小的密封力就能達(dá)到完全密封。 隔膜閥只有閥體、隔膜和閥蓋組合件三個主要部件。隔膜把下部閥體內(nèi)腔與上部閥蓋內(nèi)腔隔開,使位于隔膜上方的閥桿、閥桿螺母、閥瓣、氣動控制機(jī)構(gòu)、電動控制機(jī)構(gòu)等零部件不與介質(zhì)接觸,且不會產(chǎn)生介質(zhì)外漏,省去了填料函的密封結(jié)構(gòu)。
