3. Service efficiency: in case of equipment failure within or outside the warranty period, the supplier shall send professional and technical service personnel to the site within 24 hours (48 hours if the problem is not solved) if it needs to be solved on site after receiving the notice.
4. Service principle: the product warranty period is 12 months. During the warranty period, the supplier will repair and replace the damaged parts caused by quality reasons free of charge. For the damage of spare parts beyond the warranty period, based on the long-term cooperative relationship with customers, German Locke company only charges the cost for the spare parts provided. If the equipment is damaged due to human factors of the demander, the spare parts repaired or provided by the supplier shall be priced according to the cost.
