工作原理
電磁閥里有密閉的腔,在不同位置開有通孔,每個孔連接不同的油管,腔中間是活塞,兩面是兩塊電磁鐵,哪面的磁鐵線圈通電閥體就會被吸引到哪邊,通過控制閥體的移動來開啟或關閉不同的排油孔,而進油孔是常開的,液壓油就會進入不同的排油管,然后通過油的壓力來推動油缸的活塞,活塞又帶動活塞桿,活塞桿帶動機械裝置。這樣通過控制電磁鐵的電流通斷就控制了機械運動WS06Y-01-C-N-0

賀德克VR2D.0/-V-L24 壓力變送器一般意義上的壓力變送器主要由測壓元件傳感器(也稱作壓力傳感器)、測量電路和過程連接件三部分組成。它能將測壓元件傳感器感受到的氣體、液體等物理壓力參數(shù)轉變成標準的電信號(如4~20mADC等), 以供給指示報警儀、記錄儀、調節(jié)器等二次儀表進行測量、指示和過程調節(jié)
作用:
壓力變送器把壓力信號傳到電子設備,進而在計算機顯示壓力。
其原理大致是:
將水壓這種壓力的力學信號 轉變成 電流(4-20mA) 這樣的電子信號
壓力和電壓或電流 大小成線性關系,一般是正比關系
所以,變送器輸出的電壓或電流 隨壓力而
由此得出一個壓力和電壓或電流的關系式
壓力變送器的被測介質的兩種壓力通入高、低兩壓力室,低壓室壓力采用大氣壓或真空,作用在δ元(即敏感元件)的兩側隔離膜片上,通過 菲格瑞思隔離片和元件內(nèi)的填充液傳送到測量膜片兩側。壓力變送器是由測量膜片與兩側絕緣片上的電極各組成一個電容器。當兩側壓力不一致時,致使測量膜片產(chǎn)生位移,其位移量和壓力差成正比,故兩側電容量就不等,通過振蕩和解調環(huán)節(jié),轉換成與壓力成正比的信號
