德國《DE LOCKE》洛克進口多層轉(zhuǎn)子乳化均質(zhì)泵的工作腔體內(nèi)有三級轉(zhuǎn)子、定子共12層組成，轉(zhuǎn)、定子的齒間隙由粗到細，相同基座條件下單位時間內(nèi)LHP3相比LHP1能夠提供更好的乳化效果以及更大的處理量。LHP3工作時物料通過三級轉(zhuǎn)子、定子進行逐級分散、精細、乳化，大幅提高了生產(chǎn)效率，是一種集混合、分散、破碎、溶解、精細、解聚、均質(zhì)、乳化、輸送為一體的高效型超細均質(zhì)泵，該產(chǎn)品將傳統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)工藝進一步簡化，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量明顯提高，是一種代替膠體磨的理想產(chǎn)品。
