德國洛克《DE LOCKE》進口杠桿浮球式疏水閥，Lever ball float type steam trap，也叫杠桿式疏水器，杠桿式蒸汽疏水閥，杠桿式蒸汽疏水閥，杠桿式蒸汽疏水器，原理與自由浮球式基本相同，內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)是浮球連接杠桿帶動閥心，隨凝結(jié)水的液位升降進行開關(guān)閥門的疏水閥。杠桿浮球式疏水閥利用雙閥座增加凝結(jié)水排量，可達到體積小排量大，*疏水量達100噸/小時，是大型加熱設(shè)備*的疏水閥

杠桿浮球式疏水閥啟動時自動排空氣裝置迅速排除系統(tǒng)中不凝結(jié)氣體，當(dāng)蒸汽和熱冷凝結(jié)水進入后，閥腔內(nèi)溫度隨著升高，排空氣裝置自動關(guān)閉，浮球根據(jù)冷凝結(jié)水水位的變化而作升降，帶動杠桿調(diào)節(jié)閥座孔的開度，連續(xù)排放凝結(jié)水。當(dāng)凝結(jié)水停止進入時，浮球靠自重下降，驅(qū)使杠桿帶動閥芯關(guān)閉排水閥座孔。

When the lever floating ball steam trap is started, the automatic air exhaust device quickly removes the non condensable gas in the system. When the steam and hot condensed water enter, the temperature in the valve chamber increases, and the air exhaust device automatically closes. The floating ball rises and falls according to the change of condensed water level, which drives the lever to adjust the opening of valve seat hole and continuously discharges condensed water. When the condensate stops entering, the floating ball will drop by its own weight and drive the lever to drive the valve core to close the drain valve seat hole.
 

進口杠桿浮球式疏水閥安裝方式：

1、在安裝疏水閥之前一定要用帶壓蒸汽吹掃管道，清除管道中的雜物。

2、疏水閥前應(yīng)安裝過濾器，確保疏水閥不受管道雜物的堵塞，定期清理過濾器。

3、疏水閥前后要安裝閥門，方便疏水閥隨時撿修。

4、凝結(jié)水流向要與疏水閥安裝箭頭標(biāo)志一致。

5、疏水閥應(yīng)安裝在設(shè)備出口的處，及時排出凝結(jié)水，避免管道產(chǎn)生汽阻。

6、如果設(shè)備的處沒有位置安裝疏水閥，應(yīng)在出水口位置加個反水彎（凝結(jié)水提升接頭），把凝結(jié)水位提升后再裝疏水閥，以免產(chǎn)生汽阻。

2. A filter shall be installed before the drain valve to ensure that the drain valve is not blocked by pipe debris, and the filter shall be cleaned regularly.
3. The valve should be installed before and after the trap to facilitate the repair of the trap at any time.
4. The direction of condensate flow shall be consistent with the installation arrow mark of steam trap.
5. The steam trap shall be installed at the outlet of the equipment to discharge the condensate in time to avoid steam resistance in the pipeline.
6. If there is no drain valve installed at the outlet of the equipment, a reverse water bend (condensate lifting joint) should be added at the outlet to raise the condensate level before installing the drain valve to avoid steam resistance.
