進(jìn)口防爆電動(dòng)球閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):

1、由于聚四氟乙烯等材料具有良好的自潤(rùn)滑性，與球體的摩擦損失小，幫球閥的使用壽命長(zhǎng)。

2、下裝式閥桿和閥桿頭部凸階防止閥桿噴出，如火災(zāi)造成閥桿封破壞，凸階與閥體間還可形成金屬接觸，確保閥桿密封。

3、閥桿密封可靠，由于閥桿只作旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)而不做升降運(yùn)動(dòng)，閥桿的填料密封不易破壞，且密封能力隨著介質(zhì)的壓力增大而增大。

進(jìn)口防爆電動(dòng)球閥工作原理:

進(jìn)口防爆電動(dòng)球閥通過接受防爆電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)輸出的4-20MA的控制信號(hào)來驅(qū)動(dòng)球閥閥芯旋轉(zhuǎn)90°達(dá)到對(duì)管道內(nèi)介質(zhì)的切斷與調(diào)節(jié)。防爆O型球閥旋轉(zhuǎn)90°后要做切斷作用；防爆V型球閥旋轉(zhuǎn)90°后是做調(diào)節(jié)作用。

Working principle of imported explosion-proof electric ball valve:
The imported explosion-proof electric ball valve receives the 4-20mA control signal from the explosion-proof electric actuator to drive the valve core to rotate 90 ° to cut off and adjust the medium in the pipeline. The explosion-proof O-type ball valve should be cut off after 90 ° rotation, and the explosion-proof V-type ball valve should be adjusted after 90 ° rotation.
 

進(jìn)口防爆電動(dòng)球閥安裝說明:

（1）取掉法蘭端兩邊的保護(hù)蓋，在閥完全打開的狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行沖洗清潔。

（2）安裝前應(yīng)按規(guī)定的信號(hào)（電動(dòng)或氣動(dòng)）進(jìn)行整機(jī)測(cè)試（防止因運(yùn)輸產(chǎn)生振動(dòng)影響使用性能），合格后方可上線安裝（接線按電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)線路圖）。

（3）準(zhǔn)備與管道連接前，須沖洗和清除干凈管道中殘存的雜質(zhì)（這些物質(zhì)可能會(huì)損壞閥座和球）。

（4）在安裝期間，請(qǐng)不要用閥的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)部分作為起重的吊裝點(diǎn)，以避免損壞執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)及附件。

（5）本類閥應(yīng)安裝在管道的水平方向或垂直方向。

（6）安裝點(diǎn)附近的管道不可有低垂或者承受外力的現(xiàn)象，可以用管道支架或者支撐物來消除管線的偏離。

（7）與管道連接后，請(qǐng)用規(guī)定的扭矩交叉鎖緊法蘭連接螺栓。

Installation instructions of imported explosion proof electric ball valve:
(1) Remove the protective covers on both sides of the flange end, and flush and clean the valve when it is fully open.
(2) Before installation, the whole machine should be tested according to the specified signal (electric or pneumatic) (to prevent the vibration caused by transportation from affecting the service performance), and it can be installed online only after it is qualified (wiring according to the circuit diagram of electric actuator).
(3) Before preparing to connect with the pipe, the residual impurities in the pipe must be washed and removed (these substances may damage the valve seat and ball).
(4) During the installation, please do not use the actuator part of the valve as the lifting point to avoid damaging the actuator and accessories.
(5) This kind of valve should be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline.
(6) The pipeline near the installation point shall not be sagging or bear external force, and the pipeline support or support can be used to eliminate the deviation of the pipeline.
(7) After connecting with the pipe, cross lock the flange connecting bolts with the specified torque.
