1．耐腐蝕：閥體內(nèi)腔、閥芯、閥座、閥桿均316不銹鋼，能耐酸、堿，耐強(qiáng)腐蝕。

2．密封性能好：采用聚四乙烯材質(zhì)的波紋管和填料雙重密封，確保無滲漏。

三、進(jìn)口電動(dòng)襯氟調(diào)節(jié)閥描述：

德國(guó)《DE LOCKE》洛克進(jìn)口電動(dòng)襯氟調(diào)節(jié)閥主要是由電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)和調(diào)節(jié)閥閥體兩部分組成。電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)和其它電動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥配用的相同，都是接收控制器發(fā)來的4-20ma等模擬信號(hào)，控制閥門的開度，以達(dá)到調(diào)節(jié)管道介質(zhì)流量、壓力等參數(shù)的目的。耐腐蝕電動(dòng)襯氟調(diào)節(jié)閥和其它普通電動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥區(qū)別在于閥體，有的管道輸送如硫酸、王水等強(qiáng)腐蝕性的介質(zhì)，因?yàn)楦g性太強(qiáng)，普通金屬材質(zhì)的調(diào)節(jié)閥無法用于這種工況。而電動(dòng)襯氟調(diào)節(jié)閥與流體接觸的閥體內(nèi)壁和閥內(nèi)組件均采用高壓注塑工藝，襯有能耐腐蝕、耐老化的聚全氟乙丙烯（F46），又采用聚四氟乙烯波紋管密封。解決了金屬閥門無法用在強(qiáng)腐蝕介質(zhì)的工況。廣泛的應(yīng)用于強(qiáng)腐蝕介質(zhì)的工況管道。

3、 Description of imported electric fluorine lined regulating valve:
The electric fluorine lined regulating valve imported by de lock in Germany is mainly composed of two parts: electric actuator and regulating valve body. The same as other electric control valves, the electric actuator receives the analog signals from the controller, such as 4-20mA, to control the opening of the valve, so as to regulate the parameters of the medium flow and pressure of the pipeline. The difference between corrosion resistant electric fluorine lined regulating valve and other ordinary electric regulating valve lies in valve body. Some pipelines transmit strong corrosive medium such as sulfuric acid and wangshui. Because of its strong corrosion, the regulating valve of common metal cannot be used in this condition. The inner wall and components of valve body contacting with fluid of electric fluorine lined regulating valve are all made of high pressure injection molding process, which is lined with corrosion-resistant and aging resistant poly (perfluoroethylene) (F46), and polytetrafluoroethylene bellows. The working condition that metal valve can not be used in strong corrosion medium is solved. It is widely used in the working condition pipeline of strong corrosion medium.
