Castrol Lubricity Additive? S 519 is a water soluble lubricity enhancer especially formulated for synthetic cold rolling fluids. When used, the additive increases lubrication properties during machining/rolling with coolants and deformation products.     It can be used in single sump machines as well as central systems.

Application

Castrol Lubricity Additive S 519 is especially formulated for use with Castrol’s Iloform RS 5000 series of synthetic cold   rolling fluid range. Besides enhancing lubricity, this additive also helps boost pH of a water based system, and improves system cleanliness as well as corrosion protection.
