斜板填料焊接安裝工藝的好壞直接決定了它的使用周期。下面給大家簡述下斜板填料的焊接方法。
1.斜板填料焊接前，需要找到合適的工作平臺。然后首先確定平板之間的工字肋條的數(shù)量。假如工字肋條為7條，就要在平板上面平均布置。一般平板長寬均為1000mm，那么7條肋條的間距應該為1000/8=125mm。確定好規(guī)定的間距距離后就可以進行工字肋條焊接事宜Before welding the inclined plate filler, it is necessary to find a suitable working platform.
