排除方法:清洗系統(tǒng),更換液壓油。TAl均是活性元素,根據(jù)Ti-A1二元相圖,Ti與Al能形成TiAl、Ti3Al、Al3Ti等多種金屬間化合物。攪拌摩擦焊時(shí),攪拌頭與工件間的摩擦熱使焊縫溫度提高,同時(shí),焊縫區(qū)的Ti與Al在攪拌頭的作用下混合,并經(jīng)歷劇烈塑性變形,二者的綜合作用使焊縫在固態(tài)下形成Ti-Al金屬間化合物,大量脆性金屬間化合物的存在使得焊縫變脆,在焊接應(yīng)力作用下導(dǎo)致焊縫開裂。攪拌頭旋轉(zhuǎn)速度越高,攪拌頭與工件間的摩擦發(fā)熱量越多,焊縫中形成的金屬間化合物也就越多,焊縫開裂的可能性越大。

剛性聯(lián)軸器兩軸的同軸度誤差≤0.05mm下面介紹一下他們各自的原理以及發(fā)展概況:光纖陀螺儀光纖陀螺儀按測量原理可分分干涉型、諧振型和布里淵型,干涉型屬于代光纖陀螺儀,目前該產(chǎn)品在技術(shù)上已經(jīng)比較成熟,正處于批量化生產(chǎn)和商品化階段;第二代產(chǎn)品是諧振型光纖陀螺儀,處于實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究向?qū)嵱没七M(jìn)的發(fā)展階段;布里淵型是第三代,尚處于理論研究階段。光纖陀螺儀結(jié)構(gòu)根據(jù)所采用的光學(xué)元件有三種實(shí)現(xiàn)方法:小型分立元件系統(tǒng)、全光纖系統(tǒng)和集成光學(xué)元件系統(tǒng)。目前分立光學(xué)元件方案已經(jīng)基本消失,全光纖系統(tǒng)用在開環(huán)低精度、低成本的光纖陀螺儀中,集成光學(xué)器件陀螺儀以工藝簡單,總體重復(fù)性好、低成本成為中高精度光纖陀螺儀的主要方案。
