溫度傳感器（temperature transducer）是指能感受溫度并轉(zhuǎn)換成可用輸出信號的傳感器。溫度傳感器是溫度測量儀表的核心部分，品種繁多。按測量方式可分為接觸式和非接觸式兩大類，按照傳感器材料及電子元件特性分為熱電阻和熱電偶兩類。

溫度傳感器有四種主要類型：熱電偶、熱敏電阻、電阻溫度檢測器（RTD）和IC溫度傳感器。IC溫度傳感器又包括模擬輸出和數(shù)字輸出兩種類型。

溫度傳感器檢定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)技術(shù)及指標(biāo)：1、測量準(zhǔn)確度：0.01級;分辨率0.1uV和0.1mΩ；2、掃描開關(guān)寄生電勢：≤0.4μV；3、溫度范圍： 水槽：(室溫+5~95)℃ 油  溫度傳感器（圖9）槽：(95 ~ 300)℃ 低溫恒溫槽：(-80 ~ 100)℃ 高溫爐：(300~1200)℃；4、控溫穩(wěn)定度：優(yōu)于0.01℃/10min(油槽、水槽、低溫恒溫槽);0.2℃/min(管式檢定爐)；5、總不確定度：熱電偶檢定，測量不確定度優(yōu)于0.7℃，重復(fù)性誤差<0.25℃;熱電阻檢定測量不確定度優(yōu)于50mk，重復(fù)性誤差<10mk；6、檢定數(shù)量：一次可同時檢熱電偶(1-8)支，一次可同時檢同線制熱電阻(1-7)支；7、工作電源：AC220V±10%，50Hz，并有良好保護(hù)接地；8、高溫爐功率：約2KW；9、恒溫槽功率：約2KW；10、微機(jī)測控系統(tǒng)功率：<500。

溫度傳感器檢定裝置功能和特點：1、檢定K、E、J、N、B、S、R、T等多種型號的工作用熱電偶；2、檢定Pt100、Pt10、Cu50、Cu100等各種工作用熱電阻，  玻璃液體溫度計、壓力式溫度計、雙金屬溫度計；3、多路低電勢自動轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)，寄生電勢≤0.4μV；4、控制1-4臺高溫爐；5、溫場測試：可進(jìn)行檢定爐、油槽、水槽、低溫恒溫槽的溫場測試；6、線制轉(zhuǎn)換：可進(jìn)行二線制、三線制、四線制電阻檢定；7、軟件具有比對實驗、重復(fù)性實驗、溫場實驗等相關(guān)實驗功能；8、在Windows2000/XP以上平臺，全中文界面，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Windows操作系統(tǒng)，方便快捷?？蓪崿F(xiàn)：1）設(shè)備自檢、查線；2）屏幕顯示并保存控溫曲線≤0.4μV；3）檢測數(shù)據(jù)自動采集；4）自動生成符合要求的檢定記錄；5）自動保存檢定結(jié)果，且不可人工更改；6）查詢各種熱電偶、熱電阻分度表及其它幫助；7）熱電偶、熱電阻所有歷史檢定數(shù)據(jù)、控溫曲線查詢 統(tǒng)計及計量的智能化管理功能
