General Description

TheFP6276Bis a current mode boost DC-DC converterwith PWM/PSM control. Its PWMcircuitry with built-in40m?high sideswitchand40m?low sideswitchmake this regulator highly powerefficient. The internal compensation network alsominimizesexternalcomponentcountsto only 6.Aninternal 0.6V voltageis connectedto error amplifier the non-inverting inputas precision referencevoltage.Built-insoft-start function can reduce the inrush current.
