冷軋是在室溫條件下在再結(jié)晶溫度以下將鋼板進(jìn)一步軋薄至為目標(biāo)厚度的鋼板。和熱軋鋼板比較,冷軋鋼板厚度更加精確,而且表面光滑、漂亮。
冷軋板一般在開(kāi)軋前是沒(méi)有加熱工序的。但是,由于帶鋼厚度小,很容易出現(xiàn)板形問(wèn)題。而且,冷軋后為成品,因此,為了控制帶鋼的尺寸精度和
表面質(zhì)量,采用了很多很繁瑣的工藝。冷軋的生產(chǎn)線長(zhǎng),設(shè)備多,工藝復(fù)雜。隨著用戶對(duì)帶鋼尺寸精度、板形和表面質(zhì)量要求的提高,冷軋機(jī)組的
控制模型、l1和l2系統(tǒng)、板形控制手段相對(duì)熱軋要多。而且軋輥和帶鋼的溫度也是其中一項(xiàng)比較重要的控制指標(biāo)從定義上來(lái)說(shuō),鋼錠或鋼坯在常溫下
很難變形,不易加工,大部分鋼材都用熱軋方法軋制。但是因?yàn)樵诟邷叵落摰谋砻嫒菀咨裳趸F皮,使熱軋鋼材表面粗糙,尺寸波動(dòng)較大,
所以要求表面光潔、尺寸精確、力學(xué)性能好的鋼材,以熱軋半成品或成品為原料再用冷軋方法生產(chǎn)。

By definition, steel ingot or billet is difficult to deform at room temperature and not easy to process, and most steel is rolled by
hot rolling method.However, because the surface of steel at high temperature is easy to generate iron oxide skin under high temperature, which makes the surface
of hot-rolled steel rough and the size fluctuates greatly, the steel with clean surface, accurate size and good mechanical properties should be produced from
hot-rolled semi-finished products or finished products as raw materials by cold rolling method.
