一、簡介

天然維生素E為棕紅色或透明淡黃色油狀液體，具有一種溫和的、特殊的氣味和味道。易溶于乙醇、丙酮、乙醚、氯仿或植Chemicalbook物油，幾乎不溶于水。沸點高(250℃)，對熱穩(wěn)定。遇空氣及光發(fā)生氧化而變成暗紅色。其無熱量，不參與人體代謝。

二、性狀

微綠黃色或淡黃色粘稠液體，基本無味，相對密度0.947～0.955。不溶于水，但溶于乙醇、汽油、乙酯和植物油。

三、用途

使用限量GB14880-94及GB27602002：同“01035，dl-α-生育酚”。FAO/WHO(1984)：食用油脂，GMP；嬰兒配方食品10mg／kg；嬰兒罐頭食品、嬰幼兒加工谷類食品，300mg/kg；肉羹、湯、50mg/kChemicalbookg。使用限量以適度為限(FDA§184.1890，2000)。按GB14880—94，可用于芝麻油、色拉油、人造奶油、乳制品100～180mg；嬰幼兒食品40～70mg。按GB27602002的規(guī)定，同“01035，dl-α-生育酚”。

用作食品添加劑、飼料添加劑、肥料添加劑、化妝品、原料等。常用于各類食品、飲料、保健品、飼料、農(nóng)業(yè)、工業(yè)、生化研究等。

1. Introduction

Natural vitamin E is a brown-red or transparent pale yellow oily liquid with a mild, special smell and taste. Soluble in ethanol, acetone, ether, chloroform or vegetable oil, almost insoluble in water. High boiling point (250 ° C), stable to heat.
