或不均勻；2、表面未涂油或帶鋼表面殘留水分；3、卷取時帶鋼表面含有水分；4、鈍化未完全烘干；5、在運輸或儲存中受潮或雨水淋濕；

6、成品存放時間過長；7、鍍鋅板與其他酸堿等腐蝕性介質(zhì)接觸或存放在一起。成品在庫中很長允許存放三個月，以避免存放過久產(chǎn)生氧化。

熱鍍鋅板長度，鍍鋅鋼板的長度不允許有負值公差，很大不允許超過+6mm。彩涂卷如果選用不當，結(jié)果不是材料標準高，造成浪費。
