一、General Description

The TX6513B is ultra-low quiescent currentregulator features low dropout voltage and lowcurrent in the standby mode. With less than1.5μA quiescent current at no load, the
TX6513B is ideally suited for standbymicro-control-unit systems, especially foralways-on applications like E-meters, firealarms, smoke detectors and otherbattery-operated systems. The TX6513Bretains all of the features that are common tolow dropout regulators including a low dropoutPMOS pass device, short circuit protection, andthermal shutdown.
The TX6513B has 40V maximum operatingvoltage limit, and -40°C to 125°C operatingtemperature range, and ±2% output voltagetolerance over the entire output current, inputvoltage, and temperature range.
The TX6513B regulators are available instandard TO92 through-hole and SOT23-3,SOT23-5，SOT223, SOT89, DFN1*1-4，ESOP8surface mount packages.
