三、Descriptions
The RF113devices are ultra low-cost, highly flexible, high performance, single-chip OOK transmitters for various 315/434 MHz wireless applications. The RF113 covers the frequency range from 312 to 480 MHz. With very low current consumption, the device modulates and transmits the data which is sent from the host MCU. The RF113 uses a 1-pin crystal oscillator circuitwith the required crystal load capacitance integrated on-chip to minimize the number of external components.The RF113enables an ultra low cost RF link.
