肉類進口須知
進口準(zhǔn)入
我國實行肉類產(chǎn)品進口準(zhǔn)入制度，國外肉類的供應(yīng)廠家必須在中國有備案，只有通過在輸華注冊的肉類廠家的產(chǎn)品，才允許進口到中國；肉類產(chǎn)品的進口準(zhǔn)入國家與廠家，可以查詢海關(guān)“符合評估審查要求的國家或地區(qū)輸華肉類產(chǎn)品名單”；
包裝要求
內(nèi)外包裝使用無毒、無害的材料，完好無破損；內(nèi)外包裝上應(yīng)當(dāng)標(biāo)明產(chǎn)地國、品名、生產(chǎn)企業(yè)注冊號、生產(chǎn)批號；外包裝上應(yīng)當(dāng)以中文標(biāo)明規(guī)格、產(chǎn)地（具體到州 / 省 / 市）、目的地、生產(chǎn)日期、保質(zhì)期、儲存溫度等內(nèi)容，目的地應(yīng)當(dāng)標(biāo)明為中國，加施輸出國家或者地區(qū)官方檢驗檢疫標(biāo)識。
肉類進口配額
進口肉類無需申請配額，進口雞肉、雞爪等肉類產(chǎn)品，其監(jiān)管條件為7，進口時需要申請自動進口許可證方可清關(guān)。
進境動植物許可
進口企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)在簽訂進口合同前，向海關(guān)申請《進境動植物檢疫許可證》，對同一品種、同一輸出國家或者地區(qū)、同一加工、使用單位一次只能辦理一份許可證。

China implements a meat product import access system, and foreign meat suppliers must have a record in China. Only products from meat manufacturers registered in China can be imported into China; The import access countries and manufacturers of meat products can check the list of countries or regions that meet the evaluation and review requirements for meat products imported to China by the customs;
Packaging requirements
The inner and outer packaging should be made of non-toxic and harmless materials, which are intact and undamaged; The country of origin, product name, production enterprise registration number, and production batch number should be indicated on the inner and outer packaging; The outer packaging should indicate the specifications, place of origin (specific to state/province/city), destination, production date, shelf life, storage temperature, etc. in Chinese. The destination should be indicated as China, and the official inspection and quarantine mark of the exporting country or region should be applied.
Meat import quotas
There is no need to apply for quotas for imported meat. The regulatory conditions for imported meat products such as chicken and chicken feet are 7, and an automatic import license is required for customs clearance during import.
Entry permit for animals and plants
Import enterprises shall apply for the Import Animal and Plant Quarantine License from the customs before signing the import contract. For the same variety, the same exporting country or region, and the same processing and using unit, only one license can be obtained at a time.
