預制消浪塊模具作為一種常見的混凝土消浪塊體,由于其具有孔隙率高、節(jié)省建材等特點,被廣泛應用于沿海堤防工程中。文章結合工程實際,介紹傳統(tǒng)四腳空心塊的特點,并針對其在工程應用中出現(xiàn)的“碎腳”問題,總結分析“凸腳收分”的四腳空心塊改進方法,預制消浪塊模具并針對已有四腳空心塊工程提出“凸腳削角”優(yōu)化改進的方法。同時針對有關四腳空心塊護面結構提標加固的問題,利用“凸腳收分”“凸腳削角”“嵌卡加固”等措施對新建、預制消浪塊模具已建四腳空心塊護面結構進行優(yōu)化,并結合塊體受力分析護面結構提標加固的效果As a common concrete wave dissipating block, precast wave dissipating block mold is widely used in coastal embankment engineering because of its characteristics of high porosity and saving building materials. Combined with the engineering practice, this paper introduces the characteristics of the traditional four legged hollow block, summarizes and analyzes the improvement method of the four legged hollow block of "convex foot score", prefabricates the wave elimination block mold, and puts forward the optimization and improvement method of "convex foot corner cutting" for the existing four legged hollow block project. At the same time, in view of the problems related to the upgrading and reinforcement of four legged hollow block armour structure, the new and prefabricated four legged hollow block armour structure of wave dissipating block mold is optimized by using the measures of "convex foot score collection", "convex foot angle cutting" and "embedded reinforcement", and the effect of upgrading and reinforcement of armour structure is analyzed in combination with the force of the block
