進口氣動調節(jié)閥就是以壓縮氣體為動力源，以氣缸為執(zhí)行器，并借助于閥門定位器、轉換器、電磁閥、保位閥、儲氣罐、氣體過濾器等附件去驅動閥門，實現(xiàn)開關量或比例式調節(jié)，接收工業(yè)自動化控制系統(tǒng)的控制信號來完成調節(jié)管道介質的流量、壓力、溫度、液位等各種工藝過程參數(shù)。德國漢克(HANK)氣動調節(jié)閥的特點就是控制簡單，反應快速，且本質安全，不需另外再采取防爆措施。
安裝原則
1、氣動調節(jié)閥安裝位置，距地面要求有一定的高度，閥的上下要留有一定空間，以便進行閥的拆裝和修理。對于裝有氣動閥門定位器和手輪的調節(jié)閥，必須保證操作、觀察和調整方便。
2、調節(jié)閥應安裝在水平管道上，并上下與管道垂直，一般要在閥下加以支撐，保證穩(wěn)固可靠。對于特殊場合下，需要調節(jié)閥水平安裝在豎直的管道上時，也應將調節(jié)閥進行支撐（小口徑調節(jié)閥除外）。安裝時，要避免給調節(jié)閥帶來附加應力）。
3、調節(jié)閥的工作環(huán)境溫度要在（－30～+60）相對濕度不大于95%。
4、調節(jié)閥前后位置應有直管段，長度不小于10倍的管道直徑（10D），以避免閥的直管段太短而影響流量特性。
5、調節(jié)閥的口徑與工藝管道不相同時，應采用異徑管連接。在小口徑調節(jié)閥安裝時，可用螺紋連接。閥體上流體方向箭頭應與流體方向一致。
6、要設置旁通管道。目的是便于切換或手動操作，可在不停車情況下對調節(jié)閥進行檢修。
7、調節(jié)閥在安裝前要徹底清除管道內的異物，如污垢、焊渣等。
使用注意事項
1、本閥應存放在干燥的室內，通路兩端必須堵塞。不準堆置存放
2、長期存放的調節(jié)閥應定期檢查，清除污垢，在各運動部分及加工面上應涂以防銹油，防止生銹。
3、本閥應安裝在水平管道上，必修垂直安裝。閥桿向上。
4、必修按圖示箭頭所指示介質流動方向進行安裝。
