五、性狀：有無水物或含1.5分子的結(jié)晶。無水物為白色粒狀粉末，結(jié)晶為白色半透明小晶體顆粒。無臭，有強堿味。在濕空氣中易吸濕潮解。易溶于水，水溶液呈堿性。不溶于乙醇及乙醚。 

     六、用途：酸度調(diào)節(jié)劑、營養(yǎng)增補劑、加工助劑、香料。在制造面條、餛鈍時適量加入，可賦予產(chǎn)品特有的風(fēng)味、色澤和韌性（常與碳酸鈉等合用）。亦用于礦物質(zhì)飲料。

七、包裝：內(nèi)襯聚乙烯塑料袋，外套塑料編織袋，每袋25Kg。

八、貯存與運輸：本品應(yīng)貯存在干燥通風(fēng)清潔的庫房中，裝載運輸時要輕裝輕放，防止包裝破損，防止受潮、受熱，運輸過程中防止雨淋受潮，應(yīng)與有毒物品隔離。

5、Character: It is anhydrous or contains 1.5 hydrates. Anhydrous form occurs as white, granular powder and hydrated form occurs as white, translucent crystal or granule. It’s odorless and smells alkali. I air, it’s very deliquescent. It’s freely soluble in water and aqueous solution is alkaline. It’s insoluble in ethanol or ether. 

6、Usage: It is used as pH regulator, nutrient, processing aid and spice. When added into noodle and wonton processing properly, it could endow the product with unique flavor, color and resilience. 

7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

8、Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
