一、進(jìn)口旋啟式止回閥描述：

德國(guó)LOCKE洛克進(jìn)口旋啟式止回閥又稱單向閥或逆止閥，其作用是防止管路中的介質(zhì)倒流。啟閉件靠介質(zhì)流動(dòng)和力量自行開啟或關(guān)閉，以防止介質(zhì)倒流的閥門叫止回閥。止回閥屬于自動(dòng)閥類，主要用于介質(zhì)單向流動(dòng)的管道上，只允許介質(zhì)向一個(gè)方向流動(dòng)，以防止發(fā)生事故。本類閥門在管道中一般應(yīng)當(dāng)水平安裝。

Germany Locke lock imported swing check valve, also known as one-way valve or non-return valve, its role is to prevent backflow of medium in the pipeline. The opening and closing parts automatically open or close by the medium flow and force, so as to prevent the backflow of medium. The valve is called check valve. The check valve belongs to the automatic valve category, which is mainly used on the pipeline with one-way flow of medium. It only allows the medium to flow in one direction to prevent accidents. This kind of valve should be installed horizontally in the pipeline.

三、進(jìn)口旋啟式止回閥結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)點(diǎn)：

1、旋啟式止回閥的采用內(nèi)裝搖臂旋啟式結(jié)構(gòu)，閥門的所有啟閉件都裝于閥體內(nèi)部，不穿透閥體，除了中法蘭部位用密封墊片和密封環(huán)外，整體沒有外漏點(diǎn)，杜絕閥門外泄的可能。

2、旋啟式止回閥搖臂和閥瓣連接處采用球面連接的結(jié)構(gòu)，使得閥瓣在360度范圍內(nèi)有一定的自由度，有適當(dāng)?shù)奈⒘课恢醚a(bǔ)償。

3、密封副配對(duì)先進(jìn)合理，閥瓣、閥座密封面采用鐵基合金或司太立（Stellite）鈷基硬質(zhì)合金堆焊面成，耐磨、耐高溫、耐腐蝕、抗擦傷性能好，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。

4、適用于清凈介質(zhì)，不宜用于含有固體顆粒和粘度較大的介質(zhì)。

1. The swing check valve adopts the inner swing swing swing structure. All the opening and closing parts of the valve are installed inside the valve body and do not penetrate the valve body. 2. The connection of swing check valve rocker arm and disc adopts spherical connection structure, which makes the disc have a certain degree of freedom in the 360 degree range and appropriate micro position compensation.

3. The sealing pair is advanced and reasonable. The sealing surface of valve disc and valve seat is made of iron-based alloy or Stellite cobalt based hardfacing. It has good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and long service life.

4. It is suitable for cleaning medium, not suitable for medium with solid particles and high viscosity.
