一、進口襯氟蝶閥產(chǎn)品簡介：

德國《LOCKE》洛克進口襯氟蝶閥閥座與閥體內(nèi)襯一體化，閥門工作時只有全塑閥座與襯塑蝶板與介質(zhì)接觸閥門可承受襯里材料介紹的介質(zhì)腐蝕。采用四極密封結(jié)構(gòu)并在密封面處配以耐溫抗老化的SI橡膠的彈性襯墊，完全達到介質(zhì)的零泄漏具有嚴(yán)密的密封性能超長的使用壽命；

三、進口襯氟蝶閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點：

1、中線蝶閥為整個蝶板與閥座在360°圓周內(nèi)同心（中線），具有雙向密封功能壓力、流量可自由調(diào)節(jié)；    

2、偏心蝶閥為二維方向偏心產(chǎn)品的凸輪效應(yīng)會使密封副產(chǎn)生足夠的密封比壓。并且隨著工作壓力的升高密封效果更理想；。

3、四級加載彈性密封保證了閥門內(nèi)、外的零泄漏。

四、進口襯氟蝶閥安裝于維護：

1、在安裝時，閥瓣要停在關(guān)閉的位置上。

2、開啟位置應(yīng)按蝶板的旋轉(zhuǎn)角度來確定。

3、帶有旁通閥的蝶閥，開啟前應(yīng)先打開旁通閥。

4、應(yīng)按制造廠的安裝說明書進行安裝，重量大的蝶閥，應(yīng)設(shè)置牢固的基礎(chǔ)。

5、蝶閥的蝶板安裝于管道的直徑方向。在蝶閥閥體圓柱形通道內(nèi)，圓盤形蝶板繞著軸線旋轉(zhuǎn)，旋轉(zhuǎn)角度為 0°~90° 之間，旋轉(zhuǎn)到 90° 時，閥門則牌全開狀態(tài)。

6、如果要求蝶閥作為流量控制使用，主要的是正確選擇閥門的尺寸和類型。蝶閥的結(jié)構(gòu)原理尤其適合制作大口徑閥門。蝶閥不僅在石油、煤氣、化工、水處理等一般工業(yè)上得到廣泛應(yīng)用，而且還應(yīng)用于熱電站的冷卻水系統(tǒng)。

7、常用的蝶閥有對夾式蝶閥和法蘭式蝶閥兩種。對夾式蝶閥是用雙頭螺栓將閥門連接在兩管道法蘭之間，法蘭式蝶閥是閥門上帶有法蘭，用螺栓將閥門上兩端法蘭連接在管道法蘭上。
