一、進(jìn)口背壓閥描述：

德國(guó)LOCKE洛克進(jìn)口背壓閥又稱背壓調(diào)節(jié)器是通過(guò)內(nèi)置彈簧的彈力來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)動(dòng)作：當(dāng)系統(tǒng)壓力比設(shè)定壓力小時(shí)，工作閥門膜片在彈簧彈力的作用下堵塞管路；當(dāng)系統(tǒng)壓力比設(shè)定壓力大時(shí)，膜片壓縮彈簧，管路接通，液體通過(guò)背壓閥。背壓閥結(jié)構(gòu)同單向閥相似，但開(kāi)啟壓力大于單向閥，在0.2到1.6兆帕間。在管路或是設(shè)備容器壓力不穩(wěn)的狀態(tài)下，背壓閥能保持管路所需壓力。另在泵的出端由于重力或其它作用常會(huì)出現(xiàn)虹吸現(xiàn)象，此時(shí)背壓閥能消減由于虹吸產(chǎn)生的流量及壓力的波動(dòng)。而對(duì)于計(jì)量泵等容積泵在低系統(tǒng)壓力下工作時(shí)，都會(huì)出現(xiàn)過(guò)量輸送。為防止類似問(wèn)題，必須使計(jì)量泵的出口至少有0.7Bar的背壓，一般通過(guò)在計(jì)量泵出口安裝背壓閥來(lái)達(dá)到目的。

三、進(jìn)口背壓閥工作原理：

流體從背壓閥進(jìn)口進(jìn)入，被膜片阻擋，于是流體對(duì)膜片產(chǎn)生向上的壓力。當(dāng)壓力足夠大時(shí)，彈簧被壓縮，流體頂起膜片形成通道，從背壓閥出口流出；若流體壓力不夠，就會(huì)形成憋壓，使進(jìn)口壓力上升直到達(dá)到額定壓力，頂起膜片形成通路。

背壓閥的額定壓力可調(diào)節(jié)，一般通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)彈簧上端的頂桿，從而調(diào)節(jié)彈簧的長(zhǎng)度來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)
