   待遇：月收入=底薪+加班工資+全勤獎。試用期一個月，轉(zhuǎn)正后有全勤獎和累計工齡工資、學(xué)歷工資、技能工資等，技工的月收入約為2500元以上；滿三個月后可進(jìn)行計件，多勞多得，計件工資不封頂無上限；如需上晚班另有晚班津貼；每年評選的工作者還有特別獎勵；機(jī)修工的工資待遇面議。
