振動刀切割機機器開機的時候，坐標(biāo)會初始化為0，但是此時機頭在機器里面的實際坐標(biāo)可能并不一定是0，所以需要回原點，回原點的目的是讓軟件的坐標(biāo)和實際的正確機械位置一致。

回原點的時候，機頭會向某個方向走，直到碰到對應(yīng)的感應(yīng)開關(guān)(原點信號)為止，回原點是四個軸一起回的，但是Z軸會先拉起來， 回原點成功后，向正方向回原點的軸的坐標(biāo)變成了幅面大小，向負方向回原點的軸的坐標(biāo)變?yōu)?。
