濟南微爾激光設備有限公司生產的振動刀：機器里面有4個電機，它們分別叫做X軸，Y軸，Z軸，W軸，機頭里面包含的工具有震動刀，筆。震動刀的旋轉是被W軸控制的, 上下是由Z軸電機控制，筆是輸出IO信號控制上下的。

如果機器包含壓輪, 那么會多兩個電機Z1，W1, 這兩個電機分別控制壓輪的上下和旋轉。

最后還有一個軸A, 一般是用來控制銑刀上下或者沖剪口的旋轉角度的。

濟南微爾激光設備有限公司生產的振動刀切割機機器里面可用8個筆號，SP1~SP8，每個筆號的刀深都可以設定，當某個筆號的類型對應的工具不是用電機控制上下的時候，刀深無效。刀深的意思是，機器用某個筆號工作的時候，需要下去多深。（筆號的概念來自HPGL語言）。

微爾振動刀如果主板沒插SD卡, 那么開機的時候會提示讀取失敗, 參數是用默認的, 你可以把參數設置正確后運行機器, 但是只要你重新開機, 參數就又變成默認的了。
