自動稱重分選機(jī)的工作過程如下：

稱重過程

1、前端輸送機(jī)構(gòu)：將被測物體傳送到稱重機(jī)構(gòu)，一方面給物體一個(gè)初始速度，使得進(jìn)人稱重機(jī)構(gòu)后，更快地達(dá)到穩(wěn)定；另一方面，對前端物料起到隔離減震的作用，保證測量精度。

2、中間稱重機(jī)構(gòu)：該部分是整個(gè)機(jī)械系統(tǒng)中最關(guān)鍵的部分，它的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和安裝精度直接影響到系統(tǒng)的測量精度。由輸送電機(jī)，光電監(jiān)測部分和稱重傳感器組成。完成對物體進(jìn)行動態(tài)稱重。

3、后端分選機(jī)構(gòu)：該部分是分選的動作部分，由輸送部分、氣動閥、料斗等組成。完成對物件不合格部分進(jìn)行剔除和分選。剔除方式可設(shè)定為吹氣、推桿、撥桿、跌落等多種方式。

報(bào)告反饋

自動稱重分選機(jī)都具有重量信號反饋功能，通常將設(shè)定數(shù)量的產(chǎn)品的平均重量反饋到包裝/填充/罐裝機(jī)的控制器里，控制箱將對加料量進(jìn)行動態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)使得產(chǎn)品的平均重量更接近于目標(biāo)值。

除了反饋功能外，檢重秤還能提供豐富的報(bào)表功能，每區(qū)包裝數(shù)量、每區(qū)總量、合格數(shù)量、合格總量、平均值、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差及總數(shù)量和總累計(jì)。
