取本品約10g，精密稱定，加正己烷100ml，振搖使溶解，用經(jīng)105℃干燥1小時(shí)并稱重的4號(hào)垂熔玻璃坩堝濾過，容器用25ml正己烷洗滌兩次，洗液濾過后，4號(hào)垂熔玻璃坩堝在105℃干燥1小時(shí)后，稱重，不溶物不得過0.3%。

（2）取本品0.4g，加乙醇2ml使溶解，加硝酸鉍鉀溶液（取硝酸鉍8g，加硝酸20ml使溶解；另取碘化鉀27.2g，加水50ml使溶解；合并上述兩種溶液，加水稀釋成100ml，搖勻）1～2滴，即產(chǎn)生磚紅色沉淀。
